Joint webinar on Sustainable Wireless Design

Joint webinar on Sustainable Wireless Design

December 2, 2024

On November 29, the three Horizon Europe and 6G SNS projects 6G-SHINE, SUPERIOT, and TERRAMETA have joined forces to offer a joint free webinar on a shared topic: Sustainable Wireless Design.

The online session was led by three speakers who delivered invited talks. Meng Li, imec (6G-SHINE), delivered a compelling presentation on the analysis of sub-THz transceiver architecture power requirements for XR indoor gaming. Yasser Qaragoez, KU Leuven (SUPERIOT), shared insights on the use of biased-FSK modulation for efficient SWIPT in sustainable IoT. Luis Pessoa, INESC TEC (TERRAMETA), made a strong case for the sustainability of reconfigurable intelligent surface-based networks. The session concluded with an open discussion.

We would like to thank the speakers for their contributions! 👏👏
